This is a great management position. You meet clients daily to give estimates and see how SYW can help. You write great estimates, using our programs, to get that job booked and deal directly with your Crew Leader (job management partner) who will execute your plan. You oversee a hard working team while planning ahead for tomorrow and the days to come.

Requirements: Punctual, professional, good communicator, computer skills, valid driving license/good record, good driving skills, experience in the field and a great attitude.

Crew Leader

This is a great outdoor, management position. You deal directly with your Estimator (job management partner) and customers while getting the job done. You lead a hard working team while managing your job progression and leaving clients happy!
